About Mohawk Drumlin Creamery and Farm

Mohawk Drumlin Creamery and Farm was founded in 2014 when we bought an Amish dairy farm in upstate NY and started building an on-farm Grade ‘A’ dairy processing facility. We went into commercial production of our Sheep’s Milk Greek Yogurt in 2015, and by early 2016 had 3 distributors in the New York market. In 2017 we started building an underground cheese cave, for the purpose of developing hard and semi-hard aged sheep’s milk cheeses.
